Having had no experience with plant medicine I was a little apprehensive but Carmelle was patient and open and I am so pleased I opted for an experienced Shaman as opposed to "going it alone" as suggested by friends. Feeling safe and supported was a huge part of the journey for me and I would for sure do more ceremonies with Carmelle in the future. Alison D.
